Delete Account
How to delete a Pranam App account from Settings or request account and data deletion through support.
In-app deletion
- Open Pranam App and go to Settings.
- Sign in again if the app asks you to confirm your identity.
- Choose Delete account.
- Read the confirmation message and confirm deletion.
- If you cannot access the app, email support@pranamapp.com from the email associated with your account and ask for account/data deletion.
Important notes
- Deleting an account removes profile, saved settings, and account data controlled by Pranam App.
- Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel subscriptions through the store account where you purchased them.
- Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, support history, or rights/safety reports.
